132.5 calorie dessert!

This morning I set out to make a smoothie but I like my smoothies super thick! So I turned it into a sorbet.

Here's what you need for 2 servings:

1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1/3 cup Vanilla soy milk
2 tbsp milled flax seed
1 medium banana, frozen

Blend it all up and you've got a delicious, low cal dessert. If you split it up and eat half now, half later, you're looking at 132.5 calories per serving. Healthy and soo good!
