Cardio and Weight DVD's

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know of any good Weight Training (dumbells) DVD's and/or Cardio DVD's?

I am going to the gym but would also enjoy doing them at home.

    Jari Love slim and lean. Any of the Ripped series really. She is amazing. Be prepared to hurt the next day but its doable even for me!!!
