Hey there, I recently just started over with MFP. My goal is to lose 30 lbs minimum in 3 months. I did it before, i can do it again (totaling to a 60 lb loss :bigsmile: ). I'm currently doing kickboxing/yoga for the next 4 weeks, after which I'll start P90X. Feel free to add me,0
