Stuck and cant lose weight !!! Help

can't lose anymore weight !!! I started watching my calories 3 months ago lost 10 kg in the first 2 months everything was going to plan but for the past month I can't lose any weight last week I even pushed my self to 500 calories intake with a lot of exercise and still wont lose weight !

Is that all you are eating??? 500 Calories? No wonder you aren't losing weight. You need to eat your minimum calorie intake every day!!!0

You sabotaged yourself with a starvation diet that stifled your metabolism.can't lose anymore weight !!! This is typical of crash diets.
I hope others who see this will learn from your mistake.
As for what to do, eat to maintenance for a months; you'll gain weight.
Then you'll need to slowly set your goals for 1lb per week weight loss.

Eat, dang it! You may turn anorexic! besides, maybe you are no needing to lose anymore weight? You didn't say how many pounds you are. By the way, if Barbie was a real person, she'd be over 7 feet tall and have to walk on all fours. Thought I'd let you know that in case you were trying to be like her. :flowerforyou:0

just want to point out I never felt hungry during those days even when my intake was 500 calories !
I'll start eating more for the next 3 4 weeks will see how it goes.
Should I lift weight for the next few weeks would it help my metabolism ?
