I found a hollow at the top of my rib cage below the xiphoid process this morning...can't remember the last time I saw that... nice to see the exercise and healthy eating is paying off.

    I was just thinking how nice it is to be able to openly say things on here that would just sound strange to casually mention to someone. I remember the day that I discovered my collar bones. I wanted to shout it from the roof tops, Hey! Guess what, I have collar bones! Congratulations finding your hollow area!
