alot of Calories left

okay i went for a run with my friend and we ran for about 50 minutes and walked a hour and ten minutes. now I have 1300 some calories left but I already ate my dinner plus after workout snack. Do I just forget it and start tomorrow or should I eat it? But I won't be able to sleep if I eat too much. what do I do?

:grumble: I have the same problem, can't seem to get all my calories either. I work out after supperdoing yoga, stepper and boxing. Can't stand when you work out and gain extra calories, any suggestions?0

if you are gonna do a lot of working out, you need to eat more calorie dense foods.
