I had a sesame bagel, toasted, with super light creamcheese spread, onion, tomato, shredded lettuce, black pepper, and wafer thin roasted chicken. Also had an Oxtail cuppasoup and a low fat blackberry yoghurt, and some hickory smoked beef jerkey that my colleague brought back from America
and it was yum. All that for 480cal!

I have the same thing every day. Half a calabrese bun, with asiago and artichoke spread, swiss cheese, and turkey. It's usually around 300 cals, and keeps me full till snack time.
Also, that lunch looks freakin' delicious.0 -
Two 6oz of chicken breast part baked part grilled, while thats cooking do the following
Half a tin of chopped tomatoes
5g sesame seeds
5g linseed
5g poppy seed
Spice mix (cumin chillie paprika etc)
Chilli oil
1 full chopped red bell pepper
1 full chopped apple
4 slices of pepperoni
Mixed then micorwaved for two minutes, add the chicken pieces in cubes or chunks, mix in a bowl and leave for five minutes then add to a couple of glass jars, I eat one for lunch and half a one for 10:30 half a one for 15:30
Tastes pretty good, never made it before so threw a load of stuff together last night0 -

I had half a tin of soup for my lunch - I don't get as hungry in the day as I do in the evening so saving my calories for a nice dinner tonight. Thinking I'll have a chicken breast with veggies and boiled potatoes with a splash of gravy x0 -
I'll probably get a 6 inch Turkey Breast sub from Subway. Not much choice in the town I work in.0

I had a two egg omelette with a pack of Tesco chilli and coriander prawns and a bit of salad. 336 calories. I have my salad prepared for tonight with a chicken breast in masala sauce from Tesco light choices.
I even have enough for a funsize bag of maltesers tonight!

I use Cauliflower instead of potatos, then add in non fact sour cream, cheese, green onions, garlic salt and pepper. Yumm Yumm! A Big bowl is around 400cals.0 -
