I started mfp at 294.0, Now I'm 218 pounds woohoo almost out of the 200's working toward my 155 Goal weight.0

I'm 5'7" and my goal weight is 150-160. Although as long as I feel healthy and active I don't really care what the actual number is! I just want to have the energy and stamina to do things with my family. A size 10-12 would be great though - then I would be able to wear the 80% of my wardrobe that I've been avoiding for the last couple years!0

5ft 2...started MFP at 269, Jan. 6th, at 259.3 today. Current goal is to get to 185, which is a size 10/12 for me and I am comfortable at that weight. I am hoping to get down to 200 before I turn 40 in October. I know my "goal weight" is like 105-115, but I think everyone knows where they are comfortable and healthy and should set their goal weight by that.0

I'm 5'7 and my current weight is 156. My goal weight is 140-145. My heaviest weight was 212. Right now I'm a pretty uniform size 8 and would like to get to a 4-6 before I'm a bridesmaid in my best friends wedding (this June!).0

I think your goal weight is going to be what you feel good at, feel comfortable at, and what you feel is healthy. I'm 5'6", and when I'm working out, I have quite a bit of muscle on me. 170 felt good for me, before I crept back up. Even my doctor said he didn't want me to get below that. I am going to try for 165 this time...but I'm going to base it on how I'm feeling, and not necessarily a size.0

My goal weight is between 160-150. Im currently at 185 and lost 60lbs over the last four months I've been told by my fitness instructor that i may look too scorny at 160 but i wanna get there and see how i feel and what sizes I fit into. Would love to be a 10-12 (UK sizes). It's important to also think about your fat mass and stay within the healthy region. Feel free to add me...

My SW is 293. My first goal is 180 -- 100 more lbs to go! From there, I hope I can lose 20-30 more lbs for a UGW of 150-160. Just need to see how my body does at 180 first!0

the scale lies...my lowest weight was 153 lbs (29% body fat) but i look better now at 164 lbs (22% body fat)...i'd like to get down to 16-18% body fat which i imagine will keep me at about the same weight or maybe a pound or so heavier.

Hey, I'm 5'8. At my heaviest I was 256. I lost about 15lbs last year before my wedding and MFP. I am currently 241. My goal weight that I am really looking forward to is 190. I have recently decided that I think I would like my ultimate goal weight to be around 175.0

I'm 5'7" and was 250 at my heaviest. I started MFP at 232lbs, at 215 now. My goal is 190-195lbs as I just want to get out of the 200s!!! That's about what I weighed when I found out I was pregnant with my first child - seems a natural enough place for me. So far I feel AMAZING and I'm not even close to my goal - not really! Like others said, I like being a curvy girl, probably because I've ALWAYS been bigger, but I don't want to get too small plus I don't want to do this weight-loss thing forever! I'm 5'7" with a 21 month old and a 4 month old. I'm 155. Pretty content at this easily maintainable weight. Ideally I'll be 145-147 by summertime.

My goal weight is 150 pounds which would put me in a size 8-10. I'm perfectly content with that.
Me too! I started at 211 and am down to 162! Only 12 more to go. And really the weight isn't the goal, it is the size. But, they will probably go hand in hand because I am ALMOST in a 10!0 -
I am also 5'7". I would not fit in a size 8-10 if I weighed 150 lbs (I could squeeze in a loose 10 I think) , a size 6-8 if I weighed 147 lbs, or a size 6 if I weighed 155 lbs. When I was thinner, I had to weigh less than 130 lbs in order to fit in a size 6. I weigh 160 lbs now and can't fit in anything smaller than a size 12. I am replacing fat with muscle, which makes my clothes looser, but have not gone down in size. I'd like to get down to an 8 again, but with gaining muscle (I am doing P90X) I have no idea what I should weigh at that point.0

I am 5'7. I started out at 225, am currently at 207. My goal is 160-165, which is realistic. I see so many say they want to get back to high school weight which seems like setting yourself up to fail. After having children your body changes and it's not realistic to set that as a goal. I just want to be healthy, and look good. I certainly do not want to be back at high school weight.0

I started MFP at 287 and 5 7. I am currently 205.....When I started I thought I wanted to be 150....now I am not so sure!! I am now a size 14....and I think if I can ever fit into a size 10 I will be happy.....I am not sure where that is on the scale, maybe 180!! I have a large frame so I don't want to look skinny....I want people to look at me and say.....boy, she works out!!!0

I'm 5 ft 7inches and my starting weight was 240.8 pounds. I weight 216.5 pounds. My first goal was just to get under 200 pounds. Once I reach that goal, I'd be happy weighing between 150-160 pounds.0

I'm 5'7 and I was usually weighing in between 180-185 lbs. So my goal is about 155-160 lbs per my physician. I have big bones so weighing an less while have me looking like a skeleton. Yesterday weigh-in was down 5.1 lbs for 2 weeks.0

Seems like a lot of people have the same goal weight as me, about 140. I'll see how I feel when I get there. In high school I was between 125 and 130 and I feel like that might be too thin for me now. I am currently 196 so I still have a ways to go. Good luck everyone!0
