Hello all! I just wanted to be able to have some friends for my fitness pal for support and to motivate eacher other. I am a 31 single mom of a 5 yr old boy. I am 5'5 and starting weight is 145. I would lke to be down to about 130 over the next few months. I have also quit smoking for the new year, so it's a little stressful. Anyone similiar to me, please feel free to add me as a friend.
Thanks,

I quit smoking about 3 or 4 months ago and I feel fantastic. I joined here a couple weeks back. The app is so easy and the people here are really nice and supportive. Feel free to add me as a friend.0

Just looked down and noticed I had gained another 10 lbs in about 2 or 3 months. Meanwhile I had been denying the other 10 that suck up sometime after college. Now I'm trying to drop the 20lbs and get back to college days (or better). I'm 28 right now and want to finish out my 20's in great shpe with a great body! I tend to procrastinate and need a big push to get out the door to the gym. Any motivation would be great!0

Hello, My name is Brandy and I'm 31 years old. I joined my fitness about 16 months ago and relapsed. Not only did I gain back any weight that I lost, but I managed to gain extra weight as well. So, I'm back and starting fresh. Things have been really rough and I haven't wanted to admit it but I eat all the time - I eat when I'm happy, I eat when I'm depressed, I eat when I'm not hungry. Apparently sometimes I just eat because I can. Not only that but my husband thinks that I quit smoking nearly a year ago and I really didn't. I only quit smoking a few days ago. Sadly the entire time that I "wasn't smoking", I was actually smoking more than when I openly smoked. And now that I'm really not smoking - I feel like I could eat the entire contents of our fridge. So, I could really use some support and some friends. I'm not too proud to ask for help.0
