30 day shred

For those of you doing the 30 day shred, how do you record it for exercise ? Circuit ? Cardio? Strength? I just started last night and am committed to doing it for 30 days but record it the right way !

    hey i started today and had my HRM on i burnt 252 calories from warm up to finish of section 3 (i didnt include the cool down)

  • I just made my own. Circuit Traning for 25 mins .. around 252 calories
  • I use it and record it as Circuit Cardio, there are some other messages on the boards that deeply discuss the way to track it. I love the program!

    Thanks, I put it under circuit and it calculated 305 automatically, does MFP calculate the calories burned based on your weight? I just started using this program. Thanks again !!
