drinking and food

I feel like every night that I do drink the next day Im not hungry at all like food does not look deliecious. It gets to the point where Im forcing myself to eat so I can get something into me. It will even be if I have one drink.

Any ideas of this? does anyone else have this problem and what do you do?


(and NO giving up alcohol is not an answer)

    Sounds like a great diet plan to me. Ha ha! Just kidding!

    I have the same problem sometimes. I just force myself to eat a little something and stay on track because I know it is detrimental to not eat. Toast with organic peanut butter or an egg will usually settle my stomach and get me back on track.

    I usually have the opposite problem of over eating greasy hang over food the next day :(

    I definitely have the opposite problem. It seems like all the carbs in the beer makes me unable to satisfy my hunger at all the next day. Maybe have something small but high in calories like bananas, avocados? Or just graze throughout the day with small snacks instead of putting down a whole meal.
