  • :wink: I don't see any guys really posting here... either due to lack of interest or just afraid to say that sometimes guys need help in the 'motivation' department as well. So, why the heck not, I joined up on this site to help out my wife and in turn found out I needed help as well. SO put me down for the challenge.

    Starting June 1 - 212lbs

    Goal for July 31 - 175

    That's almost 5 lbs a week. That's a hard goal but worth a shot!

    My birthday is July 29th and I'll be turning 24! This can be my 60 day/summer/birthday extravaganza weight loss challenge!

    Start weight :159
    153 by June 26th for vaca...might be tough!
    Goal for my birthday/around July 31st: 145

    How does everyone distribute their calories throughout the day? I feel like my biggest meal is always dinner because I save calories for the end of the day. I usually have 600-700 calories for dinner.
