Good Monday Ladies

Somebody PLEASE check out my ticker I finaly broke the plateau.

I weighted Myself on Saturday for some reason and was surprised with what it said.
Spent 6 hours on the Harley yesterday so I am a little burnt right now but I loved every minute of it.

Hope yall had a great weekend

    Good Morning - my fellow Sizzlin Summer and losing eggstra by easter pals!!

    Hope all of you are doing great... I hit 66 pounds over the weekend....I really think this couch to 5k program is what's jump started me again. My foot is killing me I hope to get a cortizone shot this week - we'll see have an appt thursday for it....It's ridiculous that for almost a year, it's been hurting.

    SO SORRY I CRAPPED OUT on the Last Challenge. :sad: I left life, a new job, graduation parties, birthdays, and whatever other excuse you'd like to throw in there get to me.

    I had an (unfortunate) awakening at about 12:45am last night. When I literally awoke with killer stomach pains and a dizzy feeling. Yep - I'm about 100% positive that this was my body's way of telling me to wake up and get my act together. On a break from job #2 - I ran over to the Target in our shopping center and had a personal pizza and some doritos. I didn't eat all the doritos with my meal and finished them before bed. Well, when I woke up not feeling so hot - I got very very sick. :sick: I felt a MILLION times better and was able to sleep after that was all out of my system. (SORRY FOR THE T.M.I.) It's back to preparing my meals and getting to the gym. Even considering the fact that I am SWAMPED this week with 2 15 hour days coming up, and then festivities and planning for the wedding on Saturday. So - yeah, this week will be a challenge, but as soon as Sunday comes next week - it's back to hard-core reality!

    Anyway, I weighed myself this morning and came in at 231.6. So I have been losing some weight, but I don't know how accurate that is considering getting ill last night. So we'll put it there and just hope it doesn't go up by Friday. :embarassed:

    So let's see - I'm gonna shoot for 6 lbs by July 3rd. I'll be heading to South Florida to visit my extended family whom I haven't really seen since Thanksgiving 2008. So that'll put me down by 40lbs since they saw me last! (And maybe I'll get some new headshots taken!!!) :bigsmile:

    If there's an exercise challenge, I'd like to get in on it too. I'm gonna need as much motivation and support that I can get right now. My heart just hasn't been in it lately. :ohwell:

    We have not set up an exercise challange but if you have any ideas I am game.
    Don't fall off the wagon We are here to pull you back on if you need it. Get through this week and lets get back to it.

    Hello from the Doubletree Convention Center in St. Louis! As it turns out, I do have computer access while I'm here this week, so I'm checking in. Had a busy weekend with traveling across Kansas on my birthday Saturday, then heading to Kansas City to hook up with my daughter Sunday, and it was off to St. Louis. Got here last night, hit the swimming pool at 5:30 this morning for my laps, went to the grocery store to stock up on healthy food for breakfasts and lunches, as we will be going out in the evenings, and here I am to settle into my week. Today is my 35th anniversary, but I left DH at home, so called him before he went to work.
    Anyway, I'm in for 8 lbs. and open to an exercise goal if anyone has one. Everyone have a great Monday starting our new challenge, and I'll be talking to you all soon! Mary
  • Been a rough day - rough , hot, muggy, do not want to do this day over again. Up for any exercise challenge probably.
    Sw 187.4 I will shoot for 7 pounds this time.
