Wanting To Change My Macro Goals?

I want to change my macros but I'm not sure exactly what they should be. (Percentage wise). I'm 5'7'' and currently around 155 lbs, I'm trying to get to around 140 lbs and build muscle. MFP has me at 209g carbs, 51 g fat, and 57 g protein. How do I figure out the percentage that would better fit me?

I'm about your size and have the same goals...I was recently advised, by a friend (very fit and muscular), to set my macros to 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat. I get 1450 calories, 145 carbs, 48 fat and 109 protein...I just changed it so I don't know how it's working...consider adding me as a friend and we'll get through this together!0

I am doing 40-30-30 or the Zone Diet's Macro suggestions.
40% Carb
30% Protein
30% Fat.
I am 282, and am eating about 1800 calories.0 -
