6'5" and large frame what is your goal weight?

I am 6'5" and have broad shoulders and a large frame. If you are of a similiar size, what is your goal?

    My husband is 6'5" with a football player's body and looks terrific at 250.

    I am 6'4" with a larger frame as well. My goal weight is 260lbs. Think that would be great!!

    I currently have my goal set to 230, but I really think that will be a stretch goal for sure. I think I will be very happy to reach 250, but my BMI still will be overweight, but that is a lot better than obese :)

    Most big guys who think they are large frames are a bit surprised when they lose weight and realize they are just fat and have a normal frame. There are certainly exceptions to all rules, but I thought I used to have a think large frame as well. I was just fat.

    Just use the mirror as your judge.
