Just wanted to introduce myself. My wife and I are starting this together and looking forward to it. Between the two of us we are looking to lose the approximate equivalent of a Volkswagon Beetle. (Not the new ones, the ones from the 60's.)

Seriously - I have been reading some of the success stories and they are very motivating. I look forward to posting our humble triumphs as well as disapointing setbacks. I imagine there is a lot we can learn from you veterens.

    Hi to you both and well done for your start.
    I have been on here for a couple of weeks now, and have to say it is the best weight loss site and phone app that I have found.
    Lots of very friendly people, that will happily support and motivate were needed.
