Just wanted to say Hi. I'm new and still need to get the hang of this. I started walking on my threatmill 5 weeks ago and lost 6 ponds so far. Then i decided to start counting my calories :)

    Nice work, keep it up! I take daily jogs to the libary, 20 minutes each way, lots of uphill. It's really good for me, and I get to stop and have a nice read in between runs.
