5oz can of Albacore tuna in water - 100 cals
Sugar free sweet pickle relish, 1 tbsp - 0 cals
Guldens Spicy Mustard, 1 tsp - 5 cals
Avocado, 1/4 cup, diced - 60 cals

Mix everything together and put over 3 cups baby spinach- 25 cals

Total of 190 cals , very satisfying and super yummy :-)
