Calories vs. Carbs

I find that I'm doing good on my calorie intake, but seem to always go over on the carbs. Any suggestions? You don't get carb credit for exercising.

Try to increase your protien intake, maybe a protien powder.0

Maybe you are getting oto much breads, pastas, dairy, or simple sugars. If you are eating alot of fruit and veggies they are high in carbs. One apple is like 30+ carbs, which is more than a person on induction phase of Atkins can eat in a day. I wouldn't worry if you diet is counting mainly calories.
Its better to have more lettuce, carrots, etc.
Also...carbs are really only total carbs minus fiber....So if it says 9 carbs, but there is 5 grams of fiber...your net carbs are actually only 4....so you should add fiber on to your chart and keep track of it as well.0
