I would love to get some pointers do/don'ts on my food journal. I'm new to eating healthy and I wanted some advice from you guys to help me out. Should I add or cut something out? I know on Saturday I over indulged when my husband took me to a seafood buffet (fat person's heaven) >"< other than that I think i'm doing ok..but that's coming from an inexperienced person.

I didn't look at your entire diary, but from what I can see...it looks like you are not eating enough, but great job of logging!0

I did some quick calculations, however I'm really not qualified to give any sound advice.
I can tell you that I've read studies which indicate that a higher protein intake can be beneficial if you are obese. I'm going to suggest upping your protein and fat intake. Because of your weight, your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) is quite high considering the amount you claim to be exercising.
Your food choices look good, your protein on a couple of those days looks nice. Your deficient in fats. Consider eating more chicken breasts, steak, ground beef, turkey, eggs, milk. Maybe shoot for 1900 calories per day. Even at 1900 you're sitting at a 30%'ish deficit.0
