    I use whey protein in shakes (smoothies), hard boiled eggs, mozzarella cheese sticks, lean chicken and turkey (sometimes I just cut strips of grilled chicken and eat them). Greek yogurt is high protein and nummy!

    A lot of baked fish, cod, haddock, tilapi and salmon. Only takes 15-20 minutes at 375. Low calories and fat for the protein and marinades are easy.

    I am usually over my protein everyday. I eat for breakfast almost everyday a protein bar or shake.

    My goal is to gain 10 pounds. I am currently 6' 250 lbs. My weight training would be considered power lifting/bodybuilding. I have to keep my protein intake at 1 gram per pound of body weight. I lift 4 days per week and carb up on those days. I keep my carbs and fat intake low on non-lifting days.

    i am bulking so i am for 200grams of protein a day. i eat about 8 eggs a day plus lean hamburger, grilled chicken breast, greek yogurt, protein shakes, cheese and peanut butter

    Lots of eggs, Greek yogurt, and seafood. My significant other is a huge red meat fan so I normally make a roast or something once a week. Also, on the weekends I will bake or grill several extra chicken breasts (I normally just do this while I am cooking dinner, so it doesn't take any extra time). Once they are done, I let them cool, slice them into strips, and stash them in the fridge. This way, I can use them for salads, sandwiches, or just to snack on during the week.

    Grassfed Longhorn beef. It's lower in fat and calories than white meat chicken, and it's delicious.

    My homegrown free range eggs.

    Home made cottage cheese made from raw milk.

    I eat predominantly local. Can't get locally grown coffee though.

    I'm lucky; my lipid profile is amazing. I don't have to worry about fats as long as I keep calories in line. I do plenty of saturated fats, as long as they're not trans fats or CAFO meats. I don't eat any faux foods or anything with a bar code. And I don't do any soy products at all. 96% of the soybeans produced in this country are genetically modified, and I don't care to eat any GMOs. Organic soy is fine, if you can believe for sure that it's really organic.
