    I tremble when I do 45-90 sec ones still :-) 90 is my best so far.

    Very nice, thanks for sharing.

    I see my comments above... haha. I've progressed to a 3min+ plank since then! Yay!

    Also... I've been trying out the ones with arms extended... where you put your hands on the ground, instead of elbows. Might try this one next... so, it looks like a regular plank... you're just contracting your muscles all over your body, right?

    And yep, that's basically it. If I had bigger muscles maybe you could see that in the vid! elbows down and toes up.
