You are an amazing person. Thank you for posting so much detail concerning your success. it is a big motovator to see the pictures but is very educational in reading how it was done. I too am nearly existing on frozen meals but for me that keeps me from over-eating (portion control). For once in my life I look at the calorie rating before I decide whether or not I will like it.
We lost a dear friend too several months ago (Buddy). He was a superdog and was a best friend. I feel you pain.
