    Wow I'm glad I responded to this post. A lot of you have the same goal weight as me and I'm curious to know; how did you come to that number? For myself, I looked at the BMI chart (I know its not the only indicator of health and a healthy weight) and chose around the max healthy weight for my height. If I can lose more and still look and feel healthy, I will. But that's my long-term goal for now.
