I started losing weight in April of 2011 and as of this morning, I am 120 pounds down. I still have a ways to go, but I'm well on my way and loving it! It's all been by diet and exercise... No surgery/no diet pills!

    Look how much you have changed in less than a year, imagine how you are going to look once you are at your goal weight!! Woo hoo.....

    PS I always have to convert everyone's weight/loss to kgs, I understand pounds but here in Aussie I find it easier on kgs, so that means in my language you've lost 54kgs, and that's just too amazing already!!! Well done.

I felt like that was an accomplishment but not nearly as much of one as you've accomplished!! Congrats on the incredible weight loss and for changing your lifestyle around!! Keep up the great work!!
