Just need to vent...
Last Saturday I went to the gym but forget my iPod (I NEED music to move - so this was not good). Then, I got on the scale and saw that I gained a pound. I have created a plan every evening and ate that plan everyday - so just felt defeated. And even though I know better, I blew my plans this week. I only exercised 4 days. :sad:
I am so scared to weigh in, but I know I need to so that I can re-focus my efforts. Yikes!
So, I'll go (remember my iPod this time) and I'll weigh in. I'll take the hits and hopefully get myself back on track.
