OK. THESE LAST TWO MONTHS HAVE BEEN MISERABLE.
WELL, I LOST LIKE 10 POUNDS, AND I'VE BEEN MAINTAINING IT...
PROBLEM IS:
CAN'T LOSE ANYMORE...
BUT I HAVE NOTICED THAT MY INTAKE IF FOOD IS BECOMING LESSER THAN BEFORE. AT THE END OF THE DAY, I ALWAYS HAVE ABOUT 300-600 CALORIES LEFT... AND MY FAT'S I GO OVER ABOUT 2 OR 3. :P
I JUST WANTED TO KNOW HOW TO CHANGE MY CALORIES AND ALL THAT SO I CAN START LOOSING WEIGHT AGAIN, WITHOUT HAVING ALL OF THOSE CALORIES LEFT.
ALSO, SO I CAN EAT A LESSER AMOUNT OF FOOD.
THANKS :flowerforyou:

Well, you need to eat to lose weight....I'm not sure why you would want to eat less and reduce your calories if you already at a minimum? If you are eating more calories then is recommended, or your activity level is not as high as you thought, you just go to your goals and settings and modify the activity and calories as you wish. Perhaps exersice adaption should be looked into as well, our bodies get used to activities quite quickly, maybe you need more or less intensity or less/more workouts? Just some personal thoughts

plateau's happen. But maybe you should examine not only how many calories you eat, but WHAT calories you eat. High fat foods aren't necessarily death to a caloric plan, but they can be bad if you have them too often. If we are to offer a suggestion, we would need an average daily intake from you, what you eat, when you eat it, what you do (for work) and what you do for exercise. That will give us a better idea. Remember, even if you stay within calorie limits, if your eating twinkies and doritos all day, your still making it difficult (not suggesting that's what your eating, just giving an obvious example of problem foods)0

Banks is right, you need to eat all those calories and find low-fat foods to do it with. Could be as simple as having a few glasses of skim milk throughout the day, or 100% pure fruit juices. Up your workout intensity if you need to, but mostly just hang in there, you'll start losing again, just don't give up!0

After a month long plateau, I finally broke it two days ago after experimenting with quite a few different things. The first reaction most people have, including myself, is to lower calories and workout more. Tried it....didn't work. Then, starting last Sunday, I upped my calories and worked out considerably less cardio wise. BINGO! That did the trick. Just remember to be patient and have fun with little mini experiments to see what your body wants. It is all one big learning process and frustration will just defeat you. You can do it royboy!0
