Hi everyone!
I just finished day 8 this morning on level 2, Jillian is kicking my butt, my hardest day yet! Any girls out there who are right a long with me?! Looking for some more friends so we can keep encouraging each other!
I've gained two pounds so far, a little discouraging but I know it building and repairing. Plus, I tend to bulk up pretty easy, so once I'm done toning with this workout, I may have to find some fun cardio to help shed some of the bulk and keep the muscles!
Day 9 tomorrow... :-)

I started 30dS as well but to prevent my boredom, I do it every other day with other dvd's in between. I did level 1 last night.....its nuts how in a short amount of time, you are dripping with sweat...0

down those 2lbs. WAHOO!
Good luck with day 9!0 -
I'm on day 3 of Level 2 and I find it killer, but in a good way. I thought I was in decent shape until I started doing this video, lol.0

Hey Everyone,
This morning was day 2 for me.... I worked up a hellafied sweat but I feel good. I tried this fresh out the box about a month ago & gave up. This time I plan on going 30 days straight & add some cardio in the mix.
Good Luck Everyone!0 -

I actually just bought the DVD based on everyone's comments on the message boards, just waiting for it to get here in the mail. I do not see it on the Exercise list, how or what do you enter for your exercise if it is not there? GOOD LUCK to all of you!0

30DS is amazing. You only need a couple of hand weights and a mat..........or you could use food cans or filled water bottle to start off!! And bucket loads of motivation and determination to stick with it!! Good Luck x (there are some vids on youtube if you want to have a peek first)0 -

Thank you for the response. So would it be sensible to get some 3lbs and 5 lbs weights to start with?0 -

If just starting out I would suggest using 3 lbs. When my sister first brought this home, we didn't realize you needed weights and I picked up two 16 oz bottles and realized I have no strength! I could feel the burn even with something as light weight as 16 oz!!0
