One time I had a guy fall asleep at the movies on a date. He also didn't pay for my dinner, even though he had paid for everything else so far that night. Needless to say we didn't go out again.

He took me to a gay bar for a drag show (because it was the only one that allowed minors in, and I was a minor at the time.) Then he took me back to his dad's house and wanted to have sex. Haha...not so much.

Oh, it was really fun when a mutual (gay) friend sat on his lap and flirted with him.

To be fair...my best ever date was the first date I also had with him several months before.

Funny thing is my worst date ever was with my wife!

Our first date was awesome and I thought she was the one right away. 2nd date comes and she shows up dressed like a lumberjack wearing a plaid lumberjack shirt, frumpy old jeans and didn't look like she did much with her hair or any makeup. She had a bit of attitude too. Not that I'm all hung up on appearances, but she looked like a knockout on the first date and on the second date she didn't look like she made any effort. So, it was sort of strange and not only that it's hard to be attracted too a lumberjack. lol.

Turns out she had a really bad day and had come to the date directly from her elderly parents house after helping them with some emergency work that needed to be done. She didn't want to miss or reschedule the date. Of course, I didn't know that at the time and she didn't tell me what was up until much later. I damn near didn't call her back for another date given the lumberjack get up and the attitude. I wasn't sure if I was dealing with a multiple personality or what!

Personally, I think she was testing me but she wont admit to it to this day.

    this is cute!!!

Calling for the 3rd date turned out to be the best risk I ever took.

Mine was in college with a guy i had this mega crush on. I think he felt sorry for me so agreed to go out. We went to dinner, he kept disappearing to talk to his friends at other tables, went to the mall to walk around before our movie started. Ran into MORE friends, where he proceeded to make plans for after our date that night. Went to a terrible movie, then he barely stopped the car when he dropped me off at my dorm again.

We worked together and turns out that HE had a major crush on my (married) best friend. So yeah...date from hell.

I met a rugby player in college. He really liked me and asked me to go grab a bite to eat at the mall and catch a movie.
When we met up at the mall, he proceeded to tell me that he has boycotted that movie theatre and can't understand why girls expect guys to pay when they take them on dates. WTF. needless to say i suffered through my saladworks salad and listened to how awesome of a rugby player he was.

I had a date once pull out his ipod to show me photos of his camping gear (we were talking about hobbies) only it turned out that the photos were those stock photos from WalMart.com or whatever. And this was PRE-iTouch/Internet-on-iPods people!

He continued the evening by taking me for a walk (I figured having the pictures could maybe be explained....somehow) and on said walk outlining a list of all the Boy Scout badges he'd earned, and then just badges he knew, because he had been an Eagle Scout and now volunteered.

Each of the conversations started out normally, and then....oh and then.

Mine is mild compared to some on here.. thanks for sharing everyone... lol... Anyways A friend had set me up with someone she knew who I had never met (that was my first mistake).. Well the guy shows up to pick me up for dinner.. From the moment we met we knew we did not click.. Horrible silence & very awkward.. Well anyways we go to the movies & we were not looking at each other when we sat down & we ended up sitting a seat apart from each other.. The funny part is we looked at each other & stayed in our seats... I guess we never felt the need to be next to each other.. Could not wait for him to drop me off & leave... lol..

The actual date was okay, but at the end when I thought he was going in for a kiss, he switched it up and licked my face. And then whispered in my ear about how he's made out with dudes, and asked if it turned me on. Needless to say, there was noooo second date for face licker dude kisser.

    lol

Met a guy online, and for our first date he asked me to be his guest at a work function. I thought it was brave of him to meet for the first time at a company event, but I also figured it was a safe place for me to meet him so I agreed.

Turned out I had to sit through a presentation where he and his colleagues were trying to recruit people into a pyramid scheme business...and he was genuinely surprised that I turned him down when he asked me to go on a second date!!

This is so weird. I have many female friends who have never meet these creepy guys. They meet the opposite, the really nice guys who follow them around like a lost puppy. Are you girls picking the shirtless mirror guys? Maybe its a location thing too. I am sorry you guys have went through this. It sucks. Hopefull you will meet a good confident guy soon.
