I began exercising on 1/1/12, but just started a healthier eating plan on 1/12/12, so I'm a few days behind, but I've lost 4 lbs since the 12th.0

I started January 3rd, 2012 and I have lost 2.8 pounds. Yes, the .8 gets me excited! I have lost inches too! My goal is to be 5 pounds down by January 27, 2012. Only 3.2 pounds to go to meet my first short term goal! 0
