Hi everyone. My name is Debbie and I'm a mature member looking for anyone in the UK who would like to help me with support and motivation. Rejoined MFP after a long break. Please add me as a friend.

    Hi I'm also a mature member and have only just started using MFP. It is one of several tools I'm using in an effort to lose weight. Would be glad to support you if I can, I don't have much time but you are welcome to share the bit I have.
