Hey Everybody! I am looking for some advice/help! I used to take vitamins very regulary, however I have stoped...
I used to take:
Vitamin E- 400 IU a day (Started taken it because I was told it helps increase sex drive)
Vitamin A&D- 5,000IU a day for A, and 400 IU a day for D (Started taking it because my boyfriend had some? haha)
Vitamin D- 2,000 IU ( I have a vitamin D deficiny so my DR allows me to just take it over the counter for cheaper cost)
Vitamin B complex (To help with my anxiety/modd/energy)

I am really lost on this vitamin issue- I want to take vitamins to help in areas of anxiety/mood/energy/sex drive
I also take birthcontrol and anxiety medication

Do anybody have any advice? or any vitamins they really like? or any vitamins that could help me in these areas? Ive thought about taking vitamins I saw on tv good for your eyes, your brain and your heart...

I dont want to get too vitmain crazy but I feel like I need to take something, unsure where to start-feeling kinda lost
Please let me know if you have anything to share or ideas that might help ::) THANK YOU:happy:

One of the best vitamins out there is a Prenatal. They are marketed for pregnant and lactating women, but you can take them any time of your life, even men can take them. There isn't anything in there that would mess with your birth control, though i probably won't help your libido. SO MANY VITAMINS packed into 1 small pill.

They are crazy cheap too, go to a walgreens or rite-aid and they are $20 for a several month supply. I got a bottle and share it between my wife, 2 friends, and myself. STILL haven't ran out.

Too much vitamin E can damage your heart (though some people take it in moderation for their heart). Consider just taking a multivitamin once a day with your B, D, and calcium. That should satisfy your needs. Also, omega 3. You can find this in fish oil or flax seed. If you're dealing with depression and mental health problems, this helps substantially (in my experience).

Thank you very much! I like that idea. Does anybody know of a good multivitamin?

I've been wondering about vitamins too...I take a one-a-day women's active metabolism vitamin, but only because the packaging seemed like it was a good one, not because i really know what I'm taking...
  • I take a Omega vitamin. Message me and I'll message you with the info. "is it a friend request" lol
