Why aren't you exercising with your legs? Do you still have limitations set by PT?
I shattered my right leg 15 months ago. I shattered both shafts of my tibia and fibula and shattered my distal tibia. 3 major surgeries resulting in 3 plates and 30 screws. I pretty much do everything but jog/run and stairs, because of my loss range of motion in my ankle.
I would love to help you out.0 -

You need to use your whole body unless you are a paraplegic. Low impact exercises...Elliptical machines, bike, swimming.0 -
Yes i broke my tibia and fibula. I still have major boundaries set by the doctor and PT but i can do swimming, and stationary biking, i was just wondering if there was any other sort of low impact excersize?

Rowing, elliptical or the cross trainer are all good with low impact on your legs. I have messed up knees and these, along with the biking and swimming you do, are all good.0
