My leg is broken but healing very nicely its been more than 1 year since the initial break, its been hard getting excersize in. Any idea of excersizes that dont involve my legs?
Thanks :)

Why aren't you exercising with your legs? Do you still have limitations set by PT?

I shattered my right leg 15 months ago. I shattered both shafts of my tibia and fibula and shattered my distal tibia. 3 major surgeries resulting in 3 plates and 30 screws. I pretty much do everything but jog/run and stairs, because of my loss range of motion in my ankle.

I would love to help you out.

You need to use your whole body unless you are a paraplegic. Low impact exercises...Elliptical machines, bike, swimming.

Yes i broke my tibia and fibula. I still have major boundaries set by the doctor and PT but i can do swimming, and stationary biking, i was just wondering if there was any other sort of low impact excersize?
    Thanks

Rowing, elliptical or the cross trainer are all good with low impact on your legs. I have messed up knees and these, along with the biking and swimming you do, are all good.
