Graham cracker "ice cream" sandwhich

My healthy version of ice cream sandwhichs. (Lowfat graham crackers, a little bit of light whipped topping with fresh blueberries in it and frozen for a few hours). Mmmmmm! I think next time I make them Im gonna try yogurt instead of whipped topping to make it even more healthy! :smile:
