    I totally see a difference! Look at your face! That is great. I never take pictures and always wish I did after I lose a lot of weight. Maybe I'll start today!

    wow I didn't realize the progress in inches until i sat here now and looked at the progress chart. I have lost 10 1/2 inches off my hips, 5 inches in my waist and 1 inch on my neck. wow I stared at that 10 1/2 inches.
