I need all the support and motivation I can get! I know I can do it but I'm so afraid I'll make excuses not to. I haven't felt confident in about 4 years and I miss it. I'm 5'6 and around 196 lbs. If you have any tips or advice I'd love to hear (see) it!

What I found really worked for me, especially in the beginning, was calorie counting. I originally kept these rough numbers in mind: 350 for breakfast, 450 for lunch and 500 for supper. with 1-2 50 or 100 calorie snacks. Until I got used to different portions, I felt more comfortable keeping track of things like that. It made me feel more in control of what I was eating.0

You know what helped me was keeping track of my food consumption and exercising...Making myself accountable for everything I consumed, and tracked my workouts..You will see weight loss..Friend me if you want and I can help you stay motivated
