Meal plan problems

I am so frustrated, I started seeing a dietician. I am at 280 pounds. She has me on this meal plan. I get 7 starches, 4 fruit, 1 milk, 9 meats, but a serving of meat is 1 oz., which is not very much. 3 oz of meat for dinner, just does not do the trick. I get 3 vegetables, 5 fats, 1 bread. This seems like it should be enough, but I am starving at dinner and especially in the evening. Does anyone have any ideas as to why I am so hungry. I am having breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack , dinner and an evening snack. I am so frustrated!

I noticed you didn't mention any whole grains in your post. Perhaps if a bit more fibre is in your diet it may satuate your hunger. Also drink lots of water. Maybe you need to eat just a bit more. Have you been loggin on your diary? That may help you monitor your nutrients. I find this helps me. Not all what dieticians say are gosspil... Just a few thoughts to throw your way and hope this helps you.
:) Good luck with the new program.

Thank you! I will try to add more fiber and figure out how many calories I am getting also...

Seeing as your dietician recommended this plan, you would be better to ask them this question - you are more likely to get an answer that suits your body and your lifestyle than from random people online. Good luck!

I don't know about that, I just heard from someone that asked me if I was counting calories, I think that's a great idea
