Is can veggies bad?! I keep searching yes
Fresh veggies, I'm a great cook but I'm not sure how to use fresh ones.
Frozen veggies are my BFF in MFP World lol. I would really prefer can but the status so far is not a good sign and I should keep doing my frozen vegetables.
What do you think?

P.S. Everyone keep up the good work !! You CAN DO IT !!

Yuck! can't stand the look of canned veggies. Who wants to eat grey peas? Flash frozen veggies hold more nutrients so they are closer to fresh than canned.0

Fresh is ALWAYS best... Fresh Frozen is second best... anything in a can will be loaded with preservatives & is not good for you ny any means! Best cooking method? I always steam everything that I dont eat raw. The exceptions are stir fry in olive oil, bake in the oven, occasional crock pot meals or home made soups. Hope this helps!0

MOST canned veggies do not have perservatives. they are naturally canned, meaning they evacuate the air, and use heat so no microbs or bacteria grow.
its not necessarily true that canned veggies are bad for you. As fresh can also lose nutrients, since they too spend time from farm to store exposed to air. if something is frozen soon after being picked, this is a great way to perserve the nutrients.
the only downside to canned veggies is many times salt is added for flavor. But there are no salt varieties out there. if you are on a budget, canned veggies or frozen are a great alternative and it doesnt mean they have any less nutrients.0
