    I started out at 189# and a size 16, now I'm down to around 145# and a size 4.. I never dreamed I'd be here, I've never been this small, so I'm happy where I'm at.. but now my focus has shifted off the scale. I'm doing weight training, I'm looking to really tone up and build muscle, which I tend to do very easily.. but the numbers on the scale are definitely going up. I don't mind, my clothes still fit, I look better every day, and I'm very strong. I love seeing the muscle definition cut in.

    I started at 178lbs, I'm now 154lbs, goal is about 130lbs, possibly 126lbs depending on how I feel when I get there.

    I'm 115.5kg...My first goal is to get to 100kg...Then I will just take 5kg at a time until I'm where I feel right with myself......I'm in no rush but September sounds like a good place to head for....

    I've lost about 70 lbs already, and I have ceased heavy dieting.
    I have 7 lbs to go before reaching my new goal.

    And I am only losing a half to a quarter pound of weight per week.

    Why? Because if our calorie deficits are to great we can easily suffer from
    loss of muscle mass (slows down your metabolism) and impaired thyroid functions(slows down your metabolism).

    Be smart!
    Lost the weight SLOWLY - no more than 1 lbs per week.

    Dropped two dress sizes to a UK 12 :)

    Current weight 132 and Im at my goal weight. Maintaining which is just as hard .. I go in between 131-136. Im working out with Jillian and Insanity so muscle gain is going to be a factor now.. Im ready for the challenge.. :)

    Started off at 220lbs (July 10), as of this morning I'm 161.8lbs - hoping to get to about 130lbs...If I can reach that by the end of August (my birthday) I will be over the moon :happy:

    Started 102kg, I want to hit 75-78. I am giving myself 12 months to do it at .5kgs a week, though I am eating and training stricter than that.
