    Hi there

    I am from Cape Town, South Africa. We are currently experiencing a heat wave. The temp was around 40c yesterday (104f). Today is suppose to be a bit cooler.

    I have done rather well since August when I weighted 105kgs, I now weight 85kgs :)

    I would love to make friends and share diaries so I can pick up some weightless tips along the way.

    Nice! My aunt lived in Wilson for a few years. Pretty area down there next to the coast but I love my mountains too much :)

    I'm from Yuma, AZ, USA
    about 8 minutes away from the Mexican border
    During the summer temp goes up to 125F and right now its 56F, sunny and chilli
    We have a lot of agriculture, some salad companies migrate here during the winter to obtain more quality produce.
    Yuma has a Marine Air base and we also get more than 20,000 snow birds (winter visitors , Oct-Mar)
