First Timer :))

Hey all, i'm on my first week.....have done endless 'diets' in the past and gotten nowhere so decided to do what I did when i chucked smoking, take the bull by the horns and ride with it!

I'm following my own healthy eating plan and exercise until I hit a standstill then i'll probably look for other alternatives to weightloss, exercise regimes etc nothing illegal :tongue:

I've a mammoth 8 stone to lose, 3 of which i've gained in the 14months since I quit the cig's....oops!

I'm determined tho.....got a wedding dress to wear next summer and I won't even contemplate trying any on at this size :wink:
