    From September until this week, I followed a 1600 calorie a day diet, I weigh and measure everything, use very little fat and try to eat as much nutrient rich food as possible so I stay full longer. This week, I dropped my intake to 1500 calories a day.

    You are doing amazingly!! Plus, you look waaaaaaay lighter than you are- about 60lbs lighter! I'm guessing you're a tall lady :o)
