Parmesan Tomatoes~Under 100 Calories per serving!

Baked Parmesan Tomatoes (4 servings)

Ingredients:

4 Tomatoes/ halved horizontally
1/4 Cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tsp. Oregano
1/4 Tsp. Salt
Pepper to taste
4 Tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

~Preheat oven to 450
~Place tomatoes cut side up on baking sheet top with Parmesan and sprinkle spices
~Drizzle with EVOO
~Bake about 15 minutes or until tender
