Parmesan Tomatoes~Under 100 Calories per serving!
Baked Parmesan Tomatoes (4 servings)
Ingredients:
4 Tomatoes/ halved horizontally
1/4 Cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tsp. Oregano
1/4 Tsp. Salt
Pepper to taste
4 Tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
~Preheat oven to 450
~Place tomatoes cut side up on baking sheet top with Parmesan and sprinkle spices
~Drizzle with EVOO
~Bake about 15 minutes or until tender
*91 Calories per serving/ 6 grams Fat/ 6 grams Carbs/ 3 grams Protein

Hi! Answer to is 1 serving 1/2 a tomato? ~ No, 1 serving is a whole tomato...when you cut them horizontally, just cut off the top with the stem and add ingredients to that
To make them sit flat, cut the bottom a little as well!
