Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself, I'm Janet....married with 2 kids, I never lost the weight I gained when I had my first child...that was 13 years ago :tongue: I'm also a huge emotional eater.....I've finally decided to put myself first for once....that's my story! Looking forward to getting to know you.

    you always have to put in a little time for yourself everyday not only will it help you it will help your family too for it will be easier to give more if you have more love of yourself! way to go!! i wish you much success!

    Thanks everyone! I want to lose about 50 pounds....a little background, my daughter had medical issues for 5 years, she had 2 major surgeries so to get through all the stress I ate. Well she is perfect now and has no issues, so before I turn 40, I'm 39 this Nov, I want to lose it....I want to have my 40th in Vegas and I want to look good when I go!
