How do you find out what your actual weight should be?? On this site it ranges from 104-141 which is a HUGE range. What's the best way to find out??
Thanks!
Thanks!

It is a large range because they didn't break it down by frame size
small frame ?
medium frame + 7-10 lbs
large frame+ 7-10 lbs0 -
the range your weight could be and considered "healthy" is pretty wide, I believe it's between 19 and 25.9 BMI. For me it's 119-159. Anything under 119 is considered underweight, anything above 159 is overweight. Any BMI calculator will tell you the same thing, but if you have concerns you could talk to your doctor about it.0

"Healthy", even in the set parameters is quite subjective as well. BMI doesn't consider people with an above normal muscle mass either. According to my BMI I'm in the highest risk class and considered obese despite the fact that I'm only carrying about an extra 10 pounds of unwanted body weight.0
