What do you guys do to stay away from food your craving?

    Don't buy it. Always think before you reach. Have healthy snacks around so you have something to grab to help. I like making a egg white omelet with spinach and tomato or peppers and onions, low fat popcorn, small salad or cut fresh veggies, a handful of nuts or a tbls of Natural peanutbutter sodium free and an apple.

    I have an incredibly sweet tooth, so i just reach for a can of diet coke. I do always save room for 250 calories of dark hazelnut chocolate at the end of the day though and that's something I look forward to.

    What do you guys do to stay away from food your craving?

    I agree with not buying things that will tempt you. I have an addiction to peanut butter and when it's around I eat it with a spoon! When I don't have it I can live without it! You CAN have a cheat day (not going totally crazy) or meal once a week I believe.
