I have days where I don't want to eat AT ALL. I force myself to eat. Like today I had my protien shake with fruit and juice ( Biggest losers) and then I had to force down lunch. But I wanted to go for a bike ride so I did. Well that gave me another 300+ calories to eat. ya like I needed them but I wanted that bike ride.
I forced down supper, not exactly an extra healthy one (krap opps Kraft Dinner) only ate the portion the box said (tell ya that was enough) so now it is at the end of the day I am NOT hungry still but I have almost 300 calories to eat.
What do I do I don't want to eat fruit or veggies. I really want nothing. I made a no bake Oreo cake mix for my son and I will eat some of that but it is 170 calories. I am still needed to intake at least 150 calories. What should I do.
Another question: Is it better to be + calories or - calories at the end of the day. I am only talking about under 50 or over 50. As the days go on I am finding I when I am plus I am a big plus like 200. So last night I ate a gronola bar.
I am jibber jabbering here. Is this making any sense. How bad is it if I burn calories and I don't end up eating them and end up with +400 for the day. Anyone help me out there.

fruit and veggies are the way to go, so you must start introducing them into your body. an oreo cake is crap-food, and it messes w/ur hunger controls.
my advice, if you're not hungry, don't eat! unless you're burning over a 1000 calories a day, you won't pass out if you have your protein shake. don't go into starvation mode, but i think you're like me right now, you're just not hungry most of time. my problem is that i keep eating thinking thats the right thing to do. maybe ill try not eating!:embarassed:0 -
I have the same problem today. I've burned more calories than I've eaten today (burn 1100, eat 1055), and I don't feel hungry, but I'm plowing through a bowl of cereal.Or two. And then some peanut butter. Tomorrow morning I'll be starving, and enjoy a large breakfast.
To reach 1200 calories - well, once in a while not reaching might not be bad, but personally, I NEVER go below 1200. Why risk it? Eating even 500 calories above 1200 isn't bad, but the second you dip under... your body does need the fuel. Have peanut butter. Any kinds of nuts. Avocado. chocolate. bread with butter. Strawberries with sugar.0
