Am I Hungry?

I am on day 3 of my weight loss journey and I want to go into the kitchen and eat! But am I really hungry or am I tired? Maybe I am bored or lonely? How do I tell the difference?

If you think something else will satisfy you, like diet coke or gum, you are bored. Or, if only yummy foods will satisfy you. If you think boring foods will satisfy you, then you are hungry.
I know it's tough to tell!0 -
sorry to say but it takes some practice to stop eating junk food at night. If you really feel the need, just have a bite or two of the thing your craving. if it is candy just have a piece, what ever, you are just beginning and if you fight too hard you'll just get frustrated and give up , so instead of giving up- just give in a little. that is what helped me to eventually break the habit.
good luck0 -
Drink a big glass of water and eat a fruit if you have any available. If you aren't drinking enough water, chances are that you are thirsty and mistaking that for hunger. I was a soda freak and wasn't drinking enough water, thus eatting way too much. It sucks, don't get me wrong. Usually if I crave things late at night I head over to the gym. Good luck, and congrats on starting!!!0

Not now its only 3 in the afternoon, but after dinner. By the way I dont get what the deal is with green tomatoes, we dont eat them in oz. are the a different variety like different coloured capsicum(peppers you call them) of are they unripe tomatoes?(thats sounds gross)0
