    My absolute dream would be to own my own record store, and i mean RECORD store. Vinyl.
    Sure, with CD's, posters, tshirts, memorabilia, and a small stage for live shows. That's the dream. Unfortunately the economy won't support that dream anytime soon.

    I'm currently studying to pursue my two dreams of social work and law (which I absolutely LOVE and am so passionate about) but I would have to say that my "real-but-won't-pay-the-rent" dream would be to become a fashion and jewelry designer *le sigh*.. but I can't wait to be done with school so I can start working and saving the world :)

    Same here!! I dont wanna work!

    Child rearing if done right should be just as hard or harder then a regular 9-5 office job. You won't get out of working unless you blow your kids off. Just sayin'! :wink:

    My friend has an amazing job... companies pay him to climb mountains to test out their new equipment. A++++ ABSOLUTE DREAM JOB.

    Second place: Scuba diving instructor.

    Runner up: Med-evac paramedic.

    Professional photographer. Not for weddings and senior pics etc. But for beautiful landscapes, macro, architectural, and street photography!!

    Like I said, anything in the MUSIC business field would be awesome. If I don't have the raw talent for it, I might as well support those that do. :)

    Thus far, the past 14/15 years, Ive worked two industries full time: as a Chef, and as a Medical Specialist in 26 different areas of medicine, with concentration in Medical Accounts Receivable...

    Im burnt out...

    I have been considering merging the two industries together though: I want to go back to school to get my Exercise Science degree, take additional nutritional courses for specialty diets and food related allergies and would like to have my own business where not only Im a Personal trainer running weight loss groups (this will be when Im down to my healthy weight, and Im half way there already!), and also run some cooking classes... especially for diabetics, people like me with insulin resistance, and such.

    I love the craziness of cooking in a fast paced kitchen (good exercise by the way), I love the discipline that being a CMS is but not the solid desk work that comes with it.

    I will definitely have my dream job.. and Im still young enough to do it too!!!!!!!!

    I had two dream jobs - To be a Veterinarian or a farmer's wife... neither were gained over my years... but they still linger in my dreams. We can dream, huh.

    Working as an agent for one of the 3-letter federal law enforcement agencies...

    This was mine too! The FBI actually set up shop on my university's campus during career day one year and I went and talked with them and got all the necessary paperwork to apply ......... and then a few months later I had my accident and that pretty much put an end to that. But I still have a good job and I even get to surf MFP during my lunch hour. ;)

    Same, my dream job is a police officer :-), but all through school that is what I wanted to!
